Position Highlights

• Salary: $250,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, if needed
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% based on quality measures

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Training: Geriatrics training not required
• Primary Care: Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, addressing both medical and social needs of senior patients
• Patient Focus: Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved individuals
• Passion: Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization
