Qualifications
- MD or DO board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Training: Geriatrics training not required
- Primary Care: Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, addressing both medical and social needs of senior patients
- Patient Focus: Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved individuals
- Passion: Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization
Benefits
- Salary: $250,000 per year
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, if needed
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% based on quality measures
