Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in an ambulatory family medicine setting (60%)
• Lead initiatives to enhance geriatric services and mentor family physicians (40%)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on protocols and quality improvement projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics
• Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
• Passion for teaching and mentoring trainees
• Strong leadership, administrative, and program development skills
• Commitment to interdisciplinary care and community engagement
