Geriatrician – EvergreenHealth, Kirkland, WA , Seattle East Side

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for older adults
• Focus on management of polypharmacy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide guidance and education to staff, patients, and their families on geriatric care
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings

Requirements

Must be board-eligible/board-certified Geriatrician

Qualifications

Must have completed an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
