About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative minded Geriatrician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join a well established, collegial team Call structure: Minimal call, 1:9 weekends and weeknightsPractice setting: OutpatientDeliver comprehensive, patient-centered geriatric care that addresses the unique needs of older adults and supports their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Lead seamless collaboration with a robust multidisciplinary team, including specialists in pharmacy, neuropsychology, and social work, to ensure holistic patient support.
- Shape the next generation of clinicians by actively teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Drive the academic and community mission of the Center for Healthy Aging through active participation in departmental activities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
- Geriatric Fellowship required
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
