Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs
- Observe and report resident behavior
- Complete required documentation
- Transport residents as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure resident safety and well-being
- Motivate and engage residents in activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements
- Current CNA-1 certification in Maryland
- Positive, professional attitude and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
