The Position

Performs comprehensive patient health assessments, orders and administers diagnostic tests, performs advanced technical procedures, establishes systematic follow-up plans, and trains patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries and disease prevention.

Maintains accurate, legible, and confidential records and develops and maintains a good working relationship with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Colorado Board of Nursing
• From the Colorado Medical Board
• Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification

Full-time
