- Independent group practice of 13 physicians and one geriatric nurse practitioner
- Sets up split practice days between Lakewood and Westminster offices

The Position
- Performs comprehensive patient health assessments
- Orders, administers, and analyzes diagnostic tests
- Performs advanced technical procedures
- Maintains accurate, legible, and confidential records
- Trains patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries and disease prevention
- Maintains good relationships with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Possess current, valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Colorado Board of Nursing
- From the Colorado Medical Board
- Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification
