Geriatric Nurse Aide, GNA

Franklin Woods is seeking PRN Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join their team on an every-other-weekend schedule, 7am–3pm.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Transport patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompany them to outside appointments.
• Participate in the care planning process and implement care according to the care plan.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required.

Pay

USD $19.00 – USD $20.50 per hour.
