Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Transport patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompany to outside appointments.
• Participate in the care planning process and implement care according to care plan.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required.
