Responsibilities
- Works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
- Achieves positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
- Transports patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies them to outside appointments.
- Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to the care plan.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required.
