What you'll do
- Lead the product direction of one of our squads.
- Work directly with the CPO, engineering, and design.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments continuously.
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and activation, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Prioritize initiatives based on real user and business impact.
- Write clear PRDs so engineering can execute without ambiguity.
- Use AI as part of your daily workflow to research, analyze, prototype, and document faster.
- Communicate results, learnings, and decisions clearly.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Product Manager in B2C products.
- Experience with mobile apps, consumer apps, or high-volume digital products.
- Experience working with activation, retention, monetization, conversion, or engagement metrics.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and speed.
- Clear and direct communication in remote environments.
- Analytical, experimental, and impact-driven mindset.
