About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and meet project goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout project delivery.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
