Geotechnical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead safety efforts across project teams and ensure adherence to company safety programs.
- Promote pre-task planning and drive quality across all deliverables by monitoring engineering standards.
- Perform and oversee geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design for foundations, slopes, and earth structures.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering work across multiple projects with varying complexity.
- Lead or support the conceptual design and investigative approach for key project phases.
- Provide technical review of engineering reports, calculations, and client deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.
- Ability to lead engineering design for moderate to complex projects.
- Experience in geotechnical engineering design and analysis, including soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability.
- Experience coordinating engineering tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of subsurface investigation and design approaches.
- Proven ability to review and approve technical reports and calculations.
Essential Skills
- EIT certification.
- Experience with DOT/transportation-related projects is preferred.
- Safety leadership mindset with the ability to enforce and model safety standards.
- Technical report writing, review, and client deliverable ownership.
- Experience in concrete, material testing, and soil testing.

Work Environment
The work environment is a hybrid mix of office, field, and project site work. Field visits may include site investigations, drilling oversight, and construction support. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, environmental) is common in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $140,000.00/yr. 401k Program - PTO and Holiday - Health and Dental Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa,OK.
