Geotech Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversight of full lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects.
- Development of project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans.
- Performance of geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations.
- Supervision of field exploration programs and interpretation of geotechnical data.
- Technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coaching and guidance to junior engineers and project managers.
- Aid in business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement.
- Promotion of company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Business development experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) required; if not currently licensed, must have the ability to obtain within three months of hire.
Pay
The expected pay range for this role and location is $85k-$140k/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
