Geotech Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of full lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects.
• Development of project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Performance of geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations.
• Supervision of field exploration programs and interpretation of geotechnical data.
• Technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coaching and guidance to junior engineers and project managers.
• Aid in business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement.
• Promotion of company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Business development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) required; if not currently licensed, must have the ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role and location is $85k-$140k/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
