Responsibilities
Craft & Trades:
- Heavy equipment operator
- Laborer
- Skilled mechanic
- Electrician
- Welder
Project & Field Leadership:
- Lead crews on the ground
- Ensure safety, quality, and production
- Turn plans into progress
Professional & Support:
- Strengthen field and business operations
- Support HR, finance, estimating, marketing, IT, safety, quality
Qualifications
Craft & Trades:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in related field
- Valid driver's license
Project & Field Leadership:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Construction industry certification preferred
Professional & Support:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
