Responsibilities

Craft & Trades:

  • Heavy equipment operator
  • Laborer
  • Skilled mechanic
  • Electrician
  • Welder

Project & Field Leadership:

  • Lead crews on the ground
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production
  • Turn plans into progress

Professional & Support:

  • Strengthen field and business operations
  • Support HR, finance, estimating, marketing, IT, safety, quality

Qualifications

Craft & Trades:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in related field
  • Valid driver's license

Project & Field Leadership:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Construction industry certification preferred

Professional & Support:

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
