Geospatial Research and Production Manager
About the role
The Geospatial Research and Production Manager leads intelligence analysts in the research and production of geospatial and all-source intelligence. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring quality control, and deploying advanced technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, research, and production of geospatial and all-source intelligence
- Oversee a team of intelligence analysts to solve complex problems
- Deploy cutting-edge technology across various stages of projects
- Influence mission stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end impact of intelligence solutions
Requirements
- Experience in geospatial and all-source intelligence analysis and production
- Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools
- Experience supervising analysis, research, and production, and performing quality control
- Understanding of DoD and IC analytic tradecraft standards
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, CS, or Business Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in geospatial analysis and intelligence production, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Skills
- Experience working in DoD and IC organizations
- Proficiency in Esri GIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS REST API, Python, R, JSON, HTML and XML, SQL, NoSQL, or PostgreSQL
- Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
