Geoscientist Intern

Responsibilities

• Support geoscience team members with day-to-day tasks and project activities
• Aid in data compilation, organization, and basic interpretation of subsurface data
• Prepare maps, exhibits, presentations, and technical documentation
• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to gain insight into subsurface workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications

• Successfully complete 2 years towards a Bachelor's (or higher) in Geology or a related geoscience field (Geology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Geophysics)
• Currently enrolled for the Fall 2027 semester, not having graduated before the internship start
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical background
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiasm for the oil and gas industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a variety of technical and non-technical staff
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Proven organizational and time management skills
