Georgian and English Speaking Home Health Aide

Summit Home Care is a family‑owned and operated home‑health agency that values compassion and reliability. We are seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) who are fluent in both Georgian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide health‑care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Accompany patients to doctor’s appointments.
• Assist with errands as needed.
• Help clients with personal care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.

Requirements

• Active HHA certification in the state of New York.
• Government‑issued ID, Social Security Card, and work authorization (if needed).
• Two recommendation letters.
• Recent physical examination.
• TB screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Flu shot, Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.
• Drug screen no older than 6 months.
• Exceptional staff training and customer‑service skills.
