About the role

Cyient, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Georgia Site Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our site in Georgia, ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. This role involves leadership, operational management, and strategic planning for continued growth and success within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the Georgia site, including project delivery, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, project progress, and financial metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Oversee site infrastructure, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, project management, or site leadership roles, preferably within the engineering services or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, quality management systems, and financial principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to travel locally within Georgia and occasionally to other Cyient locations as required.
  • PMP certification or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
