Responsibilities
- Teach basic concepts of the use of ArcGIS software suite for data visualization and creation of maps.
- Edit of existing maps and the use of ArcGIS software for spatial data analysis is included in the introductory course.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Ability to use instructional technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
Skills
Work experience in the use of ArcGIS software suite for land development projects.
Benefits
Additional restrictions may apply depending upon other positions occupied within VCCS.
Pay
$793-$1,693 per credit hour.
