Key Responsibilities

  • Support analysis using GEO tools such as Profound, Ahrefs, and more.
  • Contribute to AI visibility benchmarking — tracking how clients are cited across LLMs and the AI Search space relative to competitors.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of GEO strategies, execution scopes, and client-facing reporting assets.
  • Research and document the prompts, questions, and content gaps that matter most for each client's audience and competitive position.
  • Create content plans which support AI citation
  • Audit existing client content for GEO alignment and flag restructuring opportunities that could improve AI Visibility.
  • Collaborate with writing and strategy teams to ensure content plans are executable and successful
  • Develop and manage Reddit strategies that build client visibility & presence in the community content sources AI models reference.
  • Identify the right subreddits, content angles, and participation strategies for each client's audience and objectives.
  • Plan platform-native content that earns upvotes & citation — understanding what Reddit culture demands vs. what traditional marketing assumes.
  • Support the strategy which drives authentic Reddit presence including organic participation, strategic comment engagement, and branded posts where appropriate.
  • Track client KPIs including AI visibility, citation share, share of voice, AI referral traffic, prompt coverage, and Reddit engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to regular performance reports with clear documentation of what's working, what isn't, and what to test next.
  • Support ongoing testing across content formats, subreddit selection, post framing, and content structure.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and senior GEO team members to ensure Reddit and on-site activity supports broader channel strategies.
  • Surface audience insights — trending topics, community sentiment, competitive signals — and feed them into client content planning.
  • Participate in client content audits and strategy sessions with a GEO and AI Visibility lens.

How Success Is Measured

  • Post-handoff survey: senior strategists and execution teams rate brief clarity and deliverable quality 1–5 (target ≥4).
  • No more than 1 significant rework cycle per deliverable triggered by unclear or incomplete work.
  • QBR question: "How confident are you in the strategic direction?" (1–5, target ≥4.5).

Growth Toward Strategist

  • Demonstrated expansion of skills into adjacent areas (technical SEO, social strategy, earned media) via PDP milestones.
  • Contribution of at least one reusable internal framework or playbook per quarter.
  • Ability to contribute meaningfully to client strategy presentations within 6 months.
  • Showcased presentation confidence & client facing, consultative ability.

Position Details

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday, ~40 hours/week)
