Genset Module Assembly

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and band heat exchanger units using mechanical jigs and fixtures.
• Perform setup of the fixture.
• Run the necessary amount of parts to meet production requirements based on Bill of Material.
• Ensure product ID and traceability.
• Conduct inspections and maintain inspection status.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Handle nonconforming products and scrap material appropriately.
• Measure and record quality checks per Production Control Plan (PCP) using quality forms.

Required Education & Qualifications

• A High School Diploma is required.
