Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, efficient merchant onboarding that ensures every account is activation ready and error free from day one.
• Verify and align merchant data across systems to prevent issues that impact billing, device performance or merchant experience.
• Configure back-office settings and Value Added Services to match merchant needs and drive successful setup outcomes.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by partnering with internal teams, keeping onboarding timelines on track.
• Maintain high-quality records and optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Confidence using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information.
• Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines and perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Clear communication skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
• A proactive, ownership driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, follow through and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant onboarding or similar operations roles.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
