About the role

We’re looking for a Genius S Boarding Specialist to join our Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

• Deliver accurate, efficient merchant onboarding that ensures every account is activation ready and error free from day one.
• Verify and align merchant data across systems to prevent issues that impact billing, device performance or merchant experience.
• Configure back-office settings and Value Added Services to match merchant needs and drive successful setup outcomes.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by partnering with internal teams, keeping onboarding timelines on track.
• Maintain high-quality records and optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Confidence using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Clear communication skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, follow-through and continuous improvement.
