Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests and provides great customer service, letting guests know how to build the perfect stir fry.
• Answers questions for first-time and return guests.
• Knowledgeable about the concept and the products offered.
• Cleans and sanitizes the line to ensure a good experience for diners.
• Restocks the line for guests.
• Assists in portioning.
• Practices food safety at all times.
• Checks temperature of products.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Requires customer service skills, 1 year preferred.
• Basic English Language Skills (Written & Verbal).
• Professional, Warm Demeanor - Service Oriented.
• Basic food/beverage knowledge helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), pull, bend and carry trays continuously throughout a shift.
• Requires good communication skills, can converse comfortably with guests.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
• Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred.
• Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions.
