Genetic Counselor - Maternal Fetal Medicine

About the Role

In addition to providing patient care, the Genetic Counselor will perform multiple clinical and coordination tasks with a high degree of competency. This position requires knowledge of both department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of clinical care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in genetics or genetic counseling is required.
• Two years of experience in genetic counseling is required.
• Board Certified Genetic Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia preferred or Board Eligible Genetic Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred.
