Pay

High-earning potential ($200,000+) tied directly to your effort and follow-through. Base salary range: $70,000–$90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline
• Educate homeowners on standby generator systems and power solutions
• Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems
• Create professional proposals and close profitable installation jobs
• Obtain customer-authorized agreements and deposits
• Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood prospecting
• Review all sold jobs with department leadership
• Document sales in ServiceTitan to keep your day running smoothly

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of residential Electrical/Generator experience (preferred)
• Generac Liquid Cooled Certification (preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team
