Position Summary
Korte Does It All is seeking a customer-focused Generator Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential standby generators.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify potential equipment issues.
- Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommendations to customers.
- Educate homeowners on generator operation, maintenance needs, and available service plans.
- Identify additional service opportunities and make appropriate recommendations based on customer needs.
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient scheduling and customer communication.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Experience
- In customer service, retail sales, outside sales, hospitality, or home services.
- Generator, electrical, HVAC, automotive, or mechanical experience.
- Experience presenting service recommendations or maintenance agreements.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.
