About the role

The successful candidate will provide field service support for generator equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of generators in various locations. This position requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve generator-related issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generators
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in generator service and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina for fieldwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
