Generator Field Service Technician - DFW

Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation focused on generator service, sales, and rental across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. We are seeking a motivated Generator Field Service Technician to support our mission of being the preferred leader in the power generation industry. This role involves technical problem-solving, hands-on repairs, and customer service across diverse field locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service that exceeds expectations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine and electrical repairs on engine-driven generators and automatic transfer switches
• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance at customer locations, with occasional work at local shop facilities
• Operate service trucks safely and efficiently
• Conduct preventive maintenance on power generation equipment
• Perform start-ups on new power generation equipment
• Complete warranty work as required
• Process required paperwork and electronic submissions within deadlines
• Maintain accurate parts inventory for service trucks
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call technician schedule
