Generative AI Analyst (Chinese)

About the role

We are seeking highly detail-oriented Generative AI Analysts to join our team onsite in San Jose. This role involves refining and evaluating datasets that power the next generation of generative models.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks for Chinese datasets across text, image, video, audio, and multimodal content.
• Review and rank AI-generated prompts and responses to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct rigorous checks to identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and issues in model outputs.
• Affix data, tag content, and refine evaluation frameworks to improve machine learning systems.
• Provide feedback on internal tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve annotation methodologies.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• An excellent analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow complex technical guidelines.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous work experience in data annotation, content review, or QA is preferred.
• A background in Finance, STEM, Legal, Medical, or Coding is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), or multimodal AI workflows.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting.
• Experience with taxonomy creation, evaluation rubrics, or dataset quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or French is an advantage.
