- Visit our Candidate Resource page to get meaningful information related to benefits, perks, resources, testing information, hiring process, and more! (This is boilerplate? It's about benefits page; but we should not include application instructions or navigation. This line is about visiting candidate resource page for benefits etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's referencing benefits but not actual benefits. Probably we should drop it as it's a link to benefits page, not actual benefit details. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is more like a pointer to benefits page; could be considered navigation. Safer to drop.
- Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. (This is EEO/fair chance; should be removed as boilerplate.)
- The primary work location for this position is Redlands, CA. However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at alternate work locations.
- Position will require up to 60% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
- This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
- This position has an option for a 9/80 Alternate Work Schedule or 40hrs/5 days a week.
- Relocation does not apply to this position.
We need to include schedule info: option for 9/80 or 40/5.
We also might include work location and travel under Schedule? Or maybe under About the role? But we have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Schedule. We could put location/travel under About the role? But About the role already has description; we could add more details there. However we should not duplicate. Better to create a separate section like "Work Details" but not allowed. Could put under Schedule (since schedule includes work mode, travel, location?). Might be okay.
Alternatively we could create a section "About the role" that includes the initial paragraph plus location, work mode, travel etc. That would be okay as it's still about the role. But we must not repeat job title as heading. So we can have About the role containing the initial descriptive paragraph plus details like hybrid work mode, location, travel, schedule options. That would keep schedule info inside About the role, but we also need a Schedule section if we have schedule specifics. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine schedule info into About the role and not create a separate Schedule section unless we have explicit schedule details. We have schedule details (option for 9/80 or 40/5). That's schedule-specific. Could still be part of About the role.
But we also have to include a Schedule section only if posting has real specific content for it. It does have schedule info. So we could create Schedule section with that info. That's fine.
Thus sections: About the role (intro + maybe work mode?), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred), Schedule (work mode, location, travel, NERC/CIP, schedule options). We'll avoid Benefits, Pay.
Now we need to format.
We'll output:
