General Warehouse Associate - 6:30a-3p, $20/hr start!

Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless accuracy.
- Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods and contribute to operational goals.
- Assist site management to comply strictly with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, adhering to proven standards of quality and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating dedication and determination.
- Successfully implement other duties as assigned to support the overall success of warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role, showcasing ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills that ensure flawless execution of daily tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, contributing to a world-class team dynamic.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with other departments.

Pay
Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.59 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Schedule
Start time: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with overtime as required.
