General Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google
• Maintain and update lead databases with accurate contact and engagement details
• Monitor industry trends and flag relevant opportunities for outreach
• Build and expand our network of contract specifiers, focusing on designers involved in hotel, restaurant, and bar design or refurbishment projects
• Engage with professionals and firms through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building strategies
• Support the team in organizing and tracking communications with key contacts
• Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and network growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with business goals
• Suggest improvements to outreach strategies based on performance insights

Qualifications

• Experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or business development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google search tools for professional research
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• An interest or background in interior design, architecture, or hospitality is a plus
