- Proof Of Deliveries
- Bill entry – whenever the need arises
- Answer to customer inquiries
Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Daily Bank entries – using screenshots sent by team members to make payments and deposits on NetSuite
- Send customer statements – done every end of the month
- Coles/Woolworths Supermarket Claims
- Coles/Woolworths Supermarket Unpaid
- AR Outstanding – whenever the need arises
- Bank Reconciliation
- Filing & file name conventions
Skills Required
- Are serious about your VA career and want a long-term position
- Have good English – written and verbal
- Can work full-time (Australian hours)
- Have work experience with Netsuite (Bookkeeping using Netsuite is a must!)
- Have a strong and reliable internet connection
- Good work ethic
