General Utility Worker - North Park University

Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- Keep equipment clean and in working condition; report any issues to management
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned; job duties may change without formal notice
Requirements
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical Demands
- Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $17.50 to $18.50.
