General Utility - Trimmer (Major Ave)

Job Responsibilities

• Break down, trim, and slice sub primals to customer specifications and standards using specialized equipment.
• Recognize and report sub primals that are out of specification to the lead immediately.
• Maintain knife skills including the ability to use a knife, hook, and steel.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and sharpening as needed throughout the week.
• Work in a high-paced environment while maintaining high yields.
• Comply with all personal safety, food safety, product quality, and good manufacturing practices as defined by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• Successfully complete position-specific training.
• Complete all other on-the-job training.

Education

• High School/Equivalent
