About the Role

OCEAN PRIME is seeking a Polisher to join our team. The role focuses on creating “Raving Fans” among associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Properly wash and store all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small kitchen equipment.
• Assist in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.
• Clean the dining room, lavatories, and common areas.
• Report to work on time according to the schedule and maintain a clean, compliant uniform.
• Exhibit positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts.
• Provide hospitality standards, answer guest questions, and handle requests or complaints with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperate with management and co‑workers, assisting others with duties when needed.
• Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive manner.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know and follow emergency procedures.
• Perform duties in accordance with the associate handbook.

Pay

Starting pay $15.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with paid time off; the restaurant is closed on seven major holidays.
