General Surgery Physician

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in General Surgery.
Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
Active or eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and teamwork.
Experience in trauma/surgical critical care is a plus but not required; new graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $430,000-450,000 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
