As our General Surgeon at CHI St. Vincent, you will join a top-ranked, faith-based facility in Little Rock, providing essential surgical care within a highly collaborative and patient-centered environment.
You will provide complete care from diagnosis through post-operative recovery, acting as a crucial provider for trauma and emergencies. Your role demands precision, critical decision-making, and compassionate communication with patients and their families throughout their surgical journey.
To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional surgical expertise, including the use of minimally invasive techniques, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing compassionate, high quality patient care.
- Interest in Breast Surgical Cases
- Participate in 1:6 Call Rotation
- Level II Trauma Center
- Established practice with 5 Physicians
- PSFL Eligible
- Epic EMR
Job Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
- Active Medical License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Completion of ACGME Residency
- Active BLS

The posted compensation range of $525,000 - $600,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
