Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
This successful General Superintendent candidate will be an integral part of our team and will require 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel
- Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
What You’ll Do:
Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects
Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen
Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency
Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase
Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
