General Superintendent (Commercial Interiors)

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for Superintendents on SPACES division projects under $1M–$10M
• Ensure projects meet established standards for safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Manage and coordinate field resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
• Support project start-up activities and assist teams through closeout
• Review project challenges related to constructability, scheduling, quality, and safety, and recommend solutions
• Aid in recruiting, training, performance management, and development of field personnel
• Support preconstruction activities for negotiated SPACES work and competitive bids
• Participate in business development efforts, including RFQ/RFP responses and presentations

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience leading field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $15M
• Proven ability to support and develop Superintendents and field teams across multiple active jobs
• Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and risk management standards
• Experience supporting preconstruction efforts and competitive bid work
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume, fast-turn project environment
