Essential Job Functions
- Placess the utmost importance on safety for TMG employees and subcontractors
- Reads, understands, applies, and communicates TMG safety standards, per the Field Operations Playbook and Safety Policy
- Applies and enforces OSHA standards at all times, with no exceptions.
- Establish production goals and formulate effective execution plans that deliver profitable results
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established budgets
- Plan, organize, and evaluate supervision and labor of each project according to schedules, specifications, and budget
- Oversee and monitor material and labor variances of each project for performance daily with field supervision and determine required action to maximize profitability
- Develop strategies for field operation improvements and efficiencies
- Develop and maintain positive and open communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, site supervisors, builders, inspectors, other trades)
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Participates in the quarterly and annual performance review process
- Positively represents TMG as the most sought-after construction partner and employer of choice within the industry and the community.

Education/Experience
- 15+ years of general construction experience in the commercial space, with the ability to demonstrate technical building knowledge
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and project management software; familiarity with P6 and Procore is a plus
- The candidate will have a track record of proven leadership abilities (communication, relationship building, training & development, employment decisions) as well as commercial project management experience
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen successfully
- Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
Physical Demands
- Regularly use close vision to read engineering blueprints and reduced-size black and white drawings, specifications, fine print, reports, schedules, estimates, spreadsheets, summaries, and other documents in either hard copy or computer monitor.
- Converse on the telephone and in person, use hands and fingers to write and type, prepare email messages with attached files, and use personal computers and calculators.
- Periodically need to lift and/or carry heavy documents such as specifications and/ or equipment, weighing up to 25 pounds.
