Responsibilities
- Multi-Project Oversight
- Directly manage and mentor Site Superintendents
- Maintain alignment with company standards and project goals
- Monitor overall project performance
- Conduct regular site visits
- Assess progress, identify risks, and provide guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 years of heavy civil, industrial, or commercial construction experience, including senior field leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and supervising Superintendents
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and field management practices
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Local and regional travel as required for projects
- Driver’s license and a safe driving record

Support the company’s safety and risk management objectives by adhering to established procedures, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, and contributing to the achievement of safety goals through the use of metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 depending on experience and work location
