Your New Role
- Serve as the go-to leader for our Project Superintendents, guiding daily operations, refining systems, and developing people
- This boots-on-the-ground role demands proactive leadership and a commitment to mentorship
- Based in Richardson, TX, this position will oversee field activity across multiple job sites in the region
Mentor and Coach
- Mentor and coach Superintendents to improve leadership, planning, and technical execution
Manage Project QA/QC Processes
- Manage project QA/QC processes using Procore and company standards
Scheduling and Planning
- Aid in scheduling, manloading, and milestone planning for ongoing projects
Jobsite Safety Culture
- Lead jobsite safety culture, coordinate with safety consultants, and enforce protocols
Technical Training and Evaluations
- Oversee monthly technical training and quarterly evaluations for field electricians
Preconstruction Activities
- Handle preconstruction activities, code compliance, and labor forecasting
Customer Relationships
- Build strong field-level customer relationships
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and field team accountability

Job requirements
- Proven leadership in supervising and mentoring field teams, especially Superintendents
- Strong background in electrical construction and project management
- Experience with Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, Excel, and related software
- Ability to manage cost, productivity, safety, and jobsite coordination
- Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, delegation, and strategic planning
- Must be hands-on, approachable, and willing to lead by example in the field
