General Superintendent
for sections present: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Modern Construction Services, About The Role, Key Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Also maybe "Work Schedule & Travel" is a section? The posting includes "Work Schedule & Travel" with details: full-time position with travel, on-site duration, schedule, lodging, per diem, travel home every three weeks. That's substantive content, so we should include a section for Schedule (maybe "Work Schedule & Travel") as heading . Also "Pay" not present, so omit. Benefits present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, hashtags, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content.
Sections:
- About Modern Construction Services: paragraph(s) describing company.
- About The Role: description of role.
- Key Responsibilities: bullet list.
- Requirements: bullet list (including minimum experience, etc.) plus Preferred bullet list.
- Work Schedule & Travel: details: full-time position with travel, Superintendent expected on-site for duration of project assignments. Sites may operate five or seven days per week depending on project requirements. The superintendent must be available Monday through the active workweek. Lodging and per diem allowances provided. Travel home is covered every three weeks.
- Benefits: list: Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D), Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays).
We should not include EEO etc.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not create sections with filler text. All sections have content.
We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Also remove hashtags and EEO.
