Kinsley Steel is currently seeking a talented and experienced General Superintendent to join our growing team. Oversee and manage on-site construction projects and field foremenEnsure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsPromote a culture of safety among the team, and ensure that all safety precautions are followed on-siteCoordinate weekly look-a-head schedules to anticipate any potential issues or delaysAttend on-site project meetings, including those focused on safety, quality, scheduling, and production Coordinate with other trades and schedule material deliveries to the job siteAddress non-conformances, issuing corrective actions as neededTroubleshoot any issues that arise on-site and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and complete as-built drawings EXPERIENCE A solid understanding of commercial construction and steel erectionPrevious leadership experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to effectively convey information, delegate tasks, and address any concerns that may ariseProficiency in using tools and equipmentExperience and knowledge in operating equipment such as transit, laser level, and torpedo levelsValid driver's license required Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
