About the role
Joining Gilbane as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with project risk management
- Understanding of construction industry practices

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
