Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
• Experience with contract negotiations and procurement processes.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
